Terms of Service:

Please ensure you have read this section before making a purchase or requesting a refund.

• We offer "arrive alive" guarantee on all live purchases, if an invertebrate arrives deceased or in ill health we will offer a full refund. Photo evidence will be required within 24 hours of arrival at the postal address. If evidence is not supplied within that time frame, we will not be responsible for refunding the customer and this condition will be void. If the delivery is rescheduled or missed by the customer, our "alive arrive" guarantee will be void and we will be unable to take responsibility should any harm come to live invertebrates. It is the customers responsibility to be ready for the order's arrival.
• Shipping is available within Britain only. We do not ship overseas. If a purchase is made from an area that we feel we cannot ship to, we will refund the order.
• If the weather is hazardous, we maintain the right to delay shipping. The customer will be notified of any changes to their estimated shipping time.
• We maintain the right to decline a sale for any reason. Due to the fact that we are handling and selling live animals, if we have any reason to believe that their needs will not be met, we may decline to make the sale (and issue a full refund if payment has been already been made).
• We offer informal reservations for snails that are listed on the website store (See before you buy an individual or group), this is a free service managed by the store owner. If we sell out of the listing before the customer confirms purchase, we offer no guarantee that the animal is still available for sale. The reservation for the individual animal is only official once payment is received and the order is confirmed, at which time the specific animal will be held until shipping commences.
• We offer free services, including identification of species and parasites/illness, but we declare that we are independent hobbyists and do not have veterinary qualifications. We will help advise to the best of our ability based on our research, studies and our own experiences. We can offer no guarantees and any advice must be taken with the owners full discretion.
• Customers can sign up to be notified when new stock becomes available. New stock made available in this way will be sold through the early access page. It will be held here for at least 24 hours before going live.
