Please ensure you have read this section before making a purchase or requesting a refund.
- We maintain the right to decline a sale if we are so inclined. We are handling and selling live animals, so if we have any reason to believe that their needs will not be met, we may decline to make the sale and issue a full refund if payment has been already been made.
- Harassment will not be tolerated, if we are targeted or treated with disrespect, we may refrain from making a sale with the relevant party and discontinue future service with the customer.
- We offer "arrive alive" guarantee on all live purchases, if an invertebrate arrives deceased or in ill health we will offer a full refund. Photo evidence will be required within 24 hours of arrival at the postal address. If evidence is not supplied within that time frame, we will not be responsible for refunding the customer and this condition will be void.
- If the delivery is rescheduled or missed by the customer, our "alive arrive" guarantee will be void and we will be unable to take responsibility should any harm come to live invertebrates. It is the customers responsibility to be ready for the order's arrival.
