F1 Limicolaria aethiops (sub adult)

Limicolaria aethiops thrive best in groups so are not sold individually.

You will receive Limicolaria aethiops sub adults:

• Hatched in late September 2025.
• Adult size: 6-7cm
• Current size: 3.5-4.5cm
• Lifespan: 2-3 years
• F1 snails, from wild caught parents

Requirements:

• Humidity: 80%
• Temperature: 23-26 degrees C
• Housing: 3L per cm of shell length per snail
• Ensure adequate ventilation.
• Prefers a tall terrarium with climbing opportunities
• Very clumsy species, ensure there are no hard objects to fall onto.
• Diet: Sweet potato, carrot, mushrooms, courgette, banana, apple, spinach, green beans, kale, aubergine, coriander, leaf litter.
• Offer protein fortnightly (No more than 25% protein)
• Prolific species but a beginner safe choice.
